Creative product-pitch game

Invent the worst product. Give it the best pitch.

Impossible Product is a collaborative invention and pitching game. A specific customer and ridiculous problem pass through the room while different players create the product, feature, catastrophic fine print, brand, slogan, price, and final pitch.

How to play

Impossible Product in five steps.

  1. 1

Create a room, select Impossible Product, and invite everyone by QR code or room code.

  2. 2

Each player names a very specific customer and the oddly specific problem they need solved.

  3. 3

The chain rotates while other players invent the product, its best feature, and one catastrophic limitation.

  4. 4

Later players create the brand name, slogan, price, and wildly confident pricing logic.

  5. 5

Reveal the complete invention and read its final two-sentence sales pitch to the room.

Example round

The meeting that invented Pocket Weather

A night-shift librarian who hates damp bookmarks receives a pocket-sized weather machine. It guarantees sunshine indoors, occasionally produces hail in your trousers, and costs $899 because confidence is the main feature.

Best for

Use it when the room needs…

  • Innovation workshops
  • Marketing teams
  • Creative meeting energizers
  • Groups that enjoy absurd pitches

Facilitator tips

Keep the chain moving.

  • Specific customers produce funnier and more coherent products than broad audiences.
  • Treat the limitation as part of the pitch instead of a reason to abandon the invention.
  • Ask the room which slogan almost made the product sound real.

Participation and accessibility

Every contribution is written privately and no live presentation is required. The host can read final pitches aloud or let the shared display carry the reveal.
