How to play
Decoy Relay in five steps.

The host writes one to five complete multiple-choice questions, including the correct answer and explanation.
- 2
Players privately answer, then invent a believable wrong answer.
- 3
Each decoy rotates to another player who improves the bluff without seeing the answer key.
- 4
Yakery shuffles the truth with the player-made decoys and everyone votes.
- 5
Reveal the correct answer, explanation, and which decoys convinced the room.

For “How quickly must an expense be submitted?”, players might polish “before the receipt emotionally detaches from the purchase” into a plausible thirty-day policy beside the real answer.

Facilitator tips
Keep the chain moving.
- Write questions with one unambiguous correct answer.
- Use the explanation field to teach the reason, not just announce the winner.
- Avoid sensitive performance, compliance, or personnel facts that should not become jokes.
Participation and accessibility
Answer choices are text based, authors remain private during play, and the correct answer is revealed only after completion. Keep host-authored wording plain and define any internal acronyms.
